Parade of Homes Pet Edition raffling student-built homes for family pets


Well the West Ada CTE education construction class built 17 pet homes that are being showcased and sold this weekend at the village of Meridian, the southwest Idaho professional women in building created the event for the class. The PWB got large material donations for about 60 students to build the 17 unique animal houses. Look at those pretty cool. The President of Berkeley building company, Jenna England is part of professional women in building and said she hopes this project encourages kids to continue. Trade work. We're really promoting trades as a viable career path for our children. And you can check out the homes and via raffle ticket to support the community today through Sunday from 10:00 o'clock in the morning to 6:00 o'clock at night at the village of Meridian. Two of the homes have already been bought by builders for the parade of homes. The other 15 pet homes are still on sale. The money from the homes goes to a scholarship for secondary trade education.
